Was a first time customer. My total was $81.73. I had $80 on me. They said I could use a debit card. OK, no problem. Got home the next day, another $6.50 in fees. No explanation at all while at the register. I called up and the guy on the phone said there was a sign and "there's nothing we can do about." Well, you lost a customer and you got a bad review. So maybe next time you should find something to do about it. There are so many options in LA - why would I ever come back here? Well, I won't.

I asked for a disposable vape pen and they sold me a vape pen cartridge and then wouldn’t let me return it.

The people at the front door were fairly nice but the staff mostly makes you feel like you're interrupting their day when you walk in....well informed on products but overall a very poor customer service experience. When you're spending that kind of money on a product you except some friendliness.

Bud is prepackaged. Drove across town for some gorilla glue which was on the menu on their site and Leafly, but no grams, they were only selling 8ths. I'll probably be back because I haven't found GG anywhere else, but I'll go somewhere else for everything else. Check in was quick and employees were nice. The general area outside of the store front did not smell good.

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
