Wow! Great customer service and products here! Martha was amazing. This was my first experience with CBD products. From the owner to this wonderful lady named Martha and her customers, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the store felt upscale and professional. While I was there, their clientele was a mix of working people, couples, housewives, and handicapped people. They all were treated respectfully and honestly regarding their special needs, challenges, and wants. After discussing benefits and dosage of the large inventory at the Columbia "Your CBD Store", I comfortably purchased a product to help with pain and stress. I will be back!

I first inquired about this place 3 or 4 weeks ago because one of their representatives dropped off a box of Hot Box Cookies at my place of employment, plus I wanted to try CBD as an alternative to smoking marijuana. My first visit was fine. I talked to the young guy with reddish hair about why I wanted to try CBD. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I ended up purchasing the vape pen and cartridge. He told me the cartridge should last me about a month, well it only lasted me about one week. I went back a second time for another cartridge. He remembered me and knew what kind I needed. On my third visit the same young guy was working and he asked me if "this is going to be a weekly thing". I went in for my fourth visit today. I had just been in about 4 days prior. The same young guy was working. When he saw me walk in behind two other customers the first thing he said to me was, "Again?!" which immediately made me feel extremely embarrassed because I thought that maybe I was visiting this place more than normal people should (a simple 'Hi, what can I help you with?' would have been appropriate). He seemed almost annoyed that I was back so soon. He put my usual product on the counter and told me to enter my phone number for their new rewards program since I am "here so much". When he told me the total for the purchase (I don't remember the exact amount) he said, "$32.50 again". I paid for the cartridge, and I left and I am never going back. Honestly, after his comments, I feel too embarrassed to return because I feel like he is judging me for my constant business. There is no way I can go back and deal with his rude comments . I wish I knew his work hours so that I could go in when he's not there to avoid having to hear his remarks.

This store is fantastic!! It is very clean and the staff here are nice and knowledgeable. They have a wide selection of products and flavors to meet your needs and budget. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I can’t begin to tell you how nice it is to walk into a store selling CBD products and immediately tell the difference in education and quality. They encouraged my understanding of why CBD has shown to help other people, and then take a personal approach to getting my health back in my hands. First class experience, and I will be back!

I don’t normally write reviews but I had such an amazing experience here. Nick helped me understand the difference between the products and never pushed me to buy anything. I felt super comfortable and learned so much! I ended up buying the tincture and it has helped with my back pain tremendously. I went back several times and it is the only CBD store I’ll go to from now on.
