I only check this shop as a last ditch effort if I'm looking for something. The associates dont really know how to answer real questions and the last time I was here the worker would only give me the answer "Just YouTube it" since it was obvious that she didnt actually know or care to know about any items they sell. Maybe this place should consider hiring actual helpful workers that want to do their job. Also of all the shops in Davenport this one has the least amount of good options and all of their items are very, VERY overpriced. Save your money, go elsewhere or shop online.

Every time I come into the West Kimberly location there is always a guy, who, even though he is willing to help. He’s very rude. Doesn’t really Interact with customers and can be a little condescending. I’m never coming back.

My girlfriend went in there today to get a 18mm male banger, asked specifically for that piece, the lady behind the counter got it out rang it up my girlfriend paid, took the piece drive home to DEWITT realized she was given the wrong piece, called to ask if she could come return it, was told NO, after pointing out that it was the lady’s mistake and not hers because she specifically asked for and 18mm and the lady gave her a 14mm, the lady offered to exchange it for the correct piece, my gf drives back to town FROM DEWITT, is told that they don’t even have a 18mm male banger. The lady still refused to refund it and instead gave her another nail of some sort with a silicon bottom to fit into her rig THAT STILL DOES NOT EVEN FIT PROPERLY because she didn’t want to refund, the piece she gave her was priced higher but she didn’t want to ring it up and make her pay the difference, very sketchy. I’ve never heard of any store that won’t let you return something you literally just bought, have not opened, and have the receipt for, when it was there fault that they gave you the wrong thing to begin with! Do not go here. This is the most rediculous consumer experience I’ve ever seen anyone experience, there are plenty of other quality shops in the area, save yourself the trouble.
