Staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly af so I highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a smoke shop in the Simi Valley area. I went in for one item specifically but when I saw they had Randy's glass cleaner I got all excited and had to get some so the dude that was helping me gave me an awesome deal on multiple bottle - it was actually the cheapest I've ever bought the stuff for so that was rad too.

It's painful how cheap there glad is for the price. Granted they do have some nicer high end pieces, but every piece they sell under $300 can be purchased for under $100 in the right direction that sells direct from China. This company bulk buys most their stuff from China at Large enough quantities to print whatever label they want. Buy at your own peril.

Good prices. I like it. Some of the glass is very thin so it brakes easy but that. Is when you pay for glass that is in the cheaper range. Pay a little more and the glass does start to thicken

The guy working tonight was very rude and sarcastic. You shouldnt make people feel ashamed or judged for buying your products. When a customer asks if you carry a specific item it would be nice if you didnt roll your eyes and and talk down to them.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items.
