This place is awesome. I had bought some vape juice from another store that was really strong and the staff totally helped me out to dilute the flavor. They also have a great variety of flavors. This was not the first time I have been there. Plus their juice is really well priced and they have a great selection of cbd products. Check them out sometime.

This place is freaking AWESOME!! I have been going here for YEARS!! Started when they were at their first location I'm so glad I listened to my Hubby who actually told me about them and he doesn't smoke or vape. Mel is ALWAYS so helpful, remembers me and my daughter and crazy rodeo clown best friend every time I come in. She has even tolerated me when I was bored and didn't buy anything but just dropped in. She and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, can fix the products they sell and it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg! I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review. They are usually not very crowded, (other company I used to use always had at least a 2 hour wait) and even if there are other customers you are helped and done super fast. Longest time may have been 15 mins and that is because I am long winded, obviously!! I recommend them to EVEYONE who will listen!! Sorry I haven't been in lately...

Me and my Girlfriend just moved up to Pflugerville from south Austin and our biggest fear was that we would need to travel across town to our local vape shop. That fear was completely resolved today upon our visit to Wick It Vapor. We walked in to be greeted by Mel, and she is by far one of the most knowledgable and helpful employees I have run across in my visits to shops across the country. She helped us find exactly what we wanted and even helped us order some of our old favorites to the shop for pickup later. We look forward to our time in Pflugerville and our weekly visits to this shop moving forward. If you are in the Pflugerville area for living or just travel, you should 100% stop by and make a purchase. You will not regret the decision.

Came in as a total beginner and Mel helped me with everything, even explained how to use the vape I got multiple times, haha! Total people person and great welcoming atmosphere. :))
