Haven't even walked through the door. But I'm also a huge reviewer and always refer to them before I shop somewhere. And I have worked in some great dispensaries that pride themselves on customer service. It's truly sad to read stories like this and then to see the very unprofessional responses from the business itself.

This is my favorite go to dispensary. One of the most relaxing and friendly environments to be in. I love the ambiance, and the energy. Some of the best damn quality of cannabis point blank period.

Check your cartridge or product BEFORE you purchase from here. These cheapskates won't give you YOUR money back or an even exchange for any reason at all. You can have everything asked of them needed for return, that won't matter. They're thieves. Maybe this review will lighten up that big mouth manager/owner of that trash hole? (Check out their Google reviews. The owner barks at almost every bad reviewer. Classy, right?) Man, I wish I'd came across the returns reviews before wasting my time and being treated in a dismissive manner. It was very demeaning. I was thinking they'd actually care enough about me (their customer) to make sure I left there happy with what I bought & if not, make it right.. Shame on the management/owner/s for their carelessness. This was a pathetic & scandalous move on their part. I'll never go to that place again. That was my 4th or 5th visit in the last week and a half.. and already lost a customer. Good riddance.

Can’t believe what I just witnessed in the parking lot. If that is how the owner treats her customers then we will be taking our business elsewhere for now on. Thank you to the employees who have always been helpful (Joe, Jess and Kourtney) just a few of the awesome employees they have! So sorry but I cannot do business with someone who treats their people so horrible.

About Hillsboro, Oregon

Hillsboro ( HILZ-burr-oh) is a city in the U.S. state of Oregon and is the county seat of Washington County. What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
