If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. The staff here is always so rude and shows no compassion to anyone. They only care about making money versus healing their patients. I went in a few years back for 2 herniated discs and they were supposed to find a pain management doctor. I followed up twice and both times they said they were working on it and would call back. I found a new doctor/clinic who is willing to heal my ailments versus take my money. FIND SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR WELL BEING.

This place has come to the point it's just ridiculous. All the doctors are pretty much gone! Not that the site has been updated. They let go the most friendly and helpful people who have been there forever. I have been going here for 29 years and am currently switching to a new doctor. I do not recommend this place anymore!

Very poor service!! Nurses lie and say the call and don't you don't get test results, office staff is rude and unprofessional I have been going here for four year and stated off seeing Dr Coleman and he left without saying a word to his patients then Dr. Elise just found I out he left and these two are the only decent doctors it's a shame... this places sucks you have an appointment time and you are there and you won't get called for a good hour after your time. I have to leave one star but I don't even want to do that..DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Also waited 3 hours for mammogram CD from across the hall!! This place is HORRIBLE

Do not go to this clinic. If you make an appointment and you have to wait 2 1/2 hours. I work I have a job. Now I found out another doctor is leaving. The doctors are really good over there and don't get me wrong they are short handed. The phones are ringing off the wall over there and not enough staff to answer them. They put you on hold for 20 minutes. I just found out my doctor is leaving now. If I get sick I will have to go to a walk in clinic as it took me 2 weeks to get an appointment. What is the point in having a doctor if you can't get in to see them.

I've been going here for 20+ years and the staff has become the most terrible group of people to deal with that I have ever seen. Everyone is treated as though they are an inconvenience. They are always argumentative and dismissive with you. It seems like all the good doctors have left and the others are only there in name. I switched doctors recently and it seems that most of the doctors that I have talked to are aware of the problems at the Westland Clinic, they say that they are being approached by many ex patients or soon to be ex patients of the Westland Clinic. If you are still a patient here, do yourself a favor and go someplace else and see what it is like to be a valued patient of a concerned staff. It doesn't have to be like that.
