The doctors are too good but the wait so bad. I don't understand why they give you an appointment I have an appointment just for blood work it takes about 1 and half hour nurse no about why I come there.so bad service 👎👎👎

If I can give this place a -5 star that would be ideal. It is not wesley or medi-cal its definetly the staff. Rude over the phone. Rude in person. The receptionist all the way to the doctor. Appointment was at 2. When I arrived I was informed that they moved my appointment to 215 without me being aware. 315 rolled around so i asked the receptionist what was going on I was informed to please wait the doctor is busy. So i asked why did you scedule me then? She shrugged and smiled. I waited until 430 when I was notified by the same receptionist that dr nadu wouldnt have time to see me due to the booked schedule. In disgust I walked away. This is the 3rd time in less than a year ive encountered professionalism at its finest. The receptionists shouldnt even have a job here. The things being talked about among them is unacceptable and the way they treat us clients is disgusting. The little attention the doctor pays when being accessed is disgusting and the rudness of the lvn checking me out at the end is disgusting. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to this facility. It is HORRIBLE! There is another wesley medical center in Downey off firestone. I repeat DO NOT GO TO NORWALK LOCATION!!!! The workers are a joke!

They never answer the phones and they are rude. I press two and she's tellining me to press one. I'm telling this lady I need to know if my blood results are in and she is saying make an appointment. I don't need an appointment I need to know if they are ready so I can pick them up. I've been calling since yesterday and no answer.

The doctors are awesome but the wait is horrible. I don't understand why they give you an appointment when they are never on time. I have waited up to 3 hours, its ridiculous!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items.
