Been going here for five years now. Great place. The other day an employee might of been overwhelmed. I didn't have my bags of course forgot them. And they say well sometimes we forget to give to your discount for them. So I felt that next time i won't get my discount cause i forgot them. Almost like I'm gonna get penalize for forgetting them. Sorry love the place that i had to say something. :)

Prices are a little high. Product could have been cured for another day. I was not able to look at ANY of the merchandise before purchase. I understand no touching but you have to let us look. They told me that I just showed up at a bad time and normally they let you look at it. Staff was not very apologetic about their failure to be prepared and instead took the attitude of take a hike if you don't like it. I only bought a small amount because of that and don't feel like going back. Felt like I was at the DMV and they tell you how you buy your medicine. Not how it works guys. I am doing you a favor by shopping there. That being said, the one I sampled was not bad. 7/10. Points off for the cure. They may have other good products there but I have no way of knowing after my visit. I'd recommend you rotate samples out on a staggered schedule so you dont end up like that with no samples at all. Only shady dealers don't let you look at what you are buying. I will be the judge of how good it is, thanks.

Discuss Wellness Connection of Maine

About Bangor, Maine

Bangor ( BANG-gor) is a city in and the county seat of Penobscot County, Maine, United States. The city proper has a population of 31,753, making it the state's third-most populous city, behind Portland (68,408) and Lewiston (37,121). Bangor is known as the “Queen City.” Modern Bangor was established in the mid-19th century with the lumber and shipbuilding industries. Lying on the Penobscot River, logs could be floated downstream from the Maine North Woods and processed at the city's water-powered sawmills, then shipped from Bangor's port to the Atlantic Ocean 30 miles (48 km) downstream, and from there to any port in the world. Evidence of this is still visible in the lumber barons' elaborate Greek Revival and Victorian mansions and the 31-foot-high (9.4 m) statue of Paul Bunyan. Today, Bangor's economy is based on services and retail, healthcare, and education. Bangor has a port of entry at Bangor International Airport, also home to the Bangor Air National Guard Base. What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
