Since I began care at The Wellness Center, about 1 month ago, I've experienced many positive changes in my body and quality of life. For several years I could feel that I had some unbalanced tension in my back muscles and misalignment in my shoulders and pelvis. I'm young, active, and in good health but when I started having discomfort in my hip and knee with exercise I decided that it was time to take action and prevent disability, surgery, mobility issues, other therapies, etc. The chiropractic exam and treatment is individualized. The results of my exam made sense with what my body was telling me for years. With just a few adjustments completed, I no longer have hip and knee discomfort, the tension in my back is significantly decreased, and I can SEE and FEEL that I have better alignment and posture. Initially, my body went through a major detox period -- I had no idea that my nervous system was so bogged down, wow! The massage therapy is relaxing and highly therapeutic. I've seen Tyler, who is very knowledgable and skilled. He knows the joints and muscles well and can target specific problem areas to increase comfort and range of motion. The front desk staff are friendly and pleasant to interact with, organized, and on top of it all. I'm so grateful that I can heal my body now, I know it'll save me a lot of pain and money in the long run!

What a lovely experience. My first ever massage. Natalia was perfect - eased up when it was a bit much for me, and concentrated on trouble spots. I immediately made a follow-up appointment. The atmosphere and employees were light and welcoming. They all made me feel really at ease and calmed my initial nerves. Highly recommended.

I have gone to Valerie for years and always feel amazing when I leave. She helps to alleviate stress, sore muscles and ensures I leave relaxed. I highly recommend her and this place to those looking to feel better.

Since coming my chronic neck, shoulder, and knee pain is vastly improved. The staff is wonderful, everyone is so kind and caring. I am thankful for all the care and treatment they give.

10/10 recommend Wellness Center of Plymouth. The ladies are the front desk have always been extremely friendly, personable, and helpful. I have been using the massage therapist, Natalia. Natalia is extremely knowledgable, caters to the individual needs of the client, and truly cares about your health. Her massages feel great. I always look so forward to going to Wellness Center of Plymouth, and leave feeling great!
