As an upstart delivery company we did our due diligence in search of a platform that would satisfy all requirements that our business entails under full compliance. As we scoured through many companies Webjoint really stood out from their competitors. They pride themselves on the ease of use online store, GPS real time tracking (tookan), METRC compliance and up to date tax adjustments in our business processes. From the top Chris and Hilart to Daltry, Jay, Dev. Team to the whole Webjoint family it has been a seamless transition from training, build out, launch to running fully live. Jay has been a blessing throughout the whole process, ensuring us and empowering us day by day, hand in hand with the knowledge to work efficiently and fluidly within the software. Webjoints fully integrated capabilities is the key factor that has allowed us to fit everything that we do under one platform from our online store to POS system to GPS tracking (Tookan) to METRC reporting to up to date tax deductions. We are looking forward to growing our company with Webjoint in our corner!!!!

This software is everything we needed for our delivery service. WebJoint was the only solution we found with delivery specific features to track our drivers and inventory. They also have the best taxation features which was crucial to ensure that excise, city and state tax are applied to each transaction correctly. Not to mention these guys have outstanding customer service. Couldn't be happier with our decision!

We just got approval for our license in Los Angeles, CA. We spent plenty of time looking at software options for our dispensary and WebJoint was definitely the most robust platform that had everything we needed. Daltry was one of the best people to work with on getting setup with our account and Jonathan was fantastic with his training session! We have been operating on WebJoint for the last 4 months and have nothing but outstanding customer service. Totally recommend this platform to anyone looking for a software with a winning track record.

Our company has been account holders for the past 2 months and we have had nothing but amazing communication and training. We are in an industry that is constantly changing, so finding a POS system that is continuously up to date on all regulations and compliance requirements is essential. Good idea. Bad execution. Buggy software. Crashed every time they updated the system. They gave me the runaround saying they'd fix our website for weeks. Not to mention our inventory got zeroed out the other day. Don't trust these kids with your business! Looking into Greenbits and Cova.
