Dr. Tessier is very kind and compassionate, and her knowledge of mold and CIRS is amazing. I am very pleased with the level of service I have received. Highly recommend!

My wife became a patient of Dr. Tessier in December. We drove from NY to Vermont to see her. Seeing her in person was fine, but be ready to spend $1000 for the initial consult. The follow up and communication following was terrible. You are given access to a patient portal, which is promised for full communication. The emails aren't responded to in a timely matter (days will go by). There is no follow up unless you are paying for it at $300 an hour over the phone. You are left to deal with Dr. Tessier's secretary Sam who will also take days or a week to respond. You are charged immediately for any appointment made and there is a no cancelation policy, therefore if you have to cancel you are still responsible to pay the full amount charged. If you have a bad reaction to a treatment protocol you are left to figure it out on your own. I would stick with seeing a Dr. who you can physically see on visits. This was a waste of time and money. 5 months as an established patient and there has been no follow up (unless paid for) and no treatment plan in place.

I found Dr Lauren in May of 2013, after my traditional primary health care provider was unable to help or correctly diagnose some very debilitating symptoms. For the first time, I felt that I was being listened to. And Dr Lauren took all the time needed to listen and help get to the bottom of things. My health returned thanks to Dr Lauren. Once again, this spring, Dr Lauren was the only physician to properly diagnose a mold exposure as a source of new problems. And once again, with proper diet and treatment, I am healthy again. I figure I am going to have a lifelong relationship with Dr Lauren! I also absolutely love the concept that when you arrive for your appointment, you will actually be seen at your appointment time! Her office is inviting and comfortable. Appointment scheduling is not a problem. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr Tessier. She is a wonderful addition to Waterbury and Central Vermont.

Dr Lauren Tessier in an effective healer. It is not a new concept that symptoms can quickly subside with with a bit of TLC. TIME: Never had to wait and never felt rushed. LISTENING: Discussing in depth not only my issues but, just as important, what steps WE would take that i felt comfortable with and also believed would be beneficial. CARE: In the true sense of the word & in the true spirit of healing. I literally felt better after the first visit. I literally felt "cared for". Based on my experience I highly recommend Dr Lauren and the Integrative Approach to health and healing to everyone who will listen.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
