Awesome looking store. Everything you could need and more... However, check out folks were the slowest I have ever seen. I had less than 20 items and it took 15 minutes to scan and bag them. I spent almost as much time checking out as I did shopping. Word to the wise... If you are in a hurry... Pass on by.

The General Manager Dustin displayed horrible customer service and caused an avoidable inconvenience. I went to go pick up an item I ordered online around 8:30-9am. I go to pick it up at 1:45pm and he said that they unfortunately haven’t had a chance to “pick” the item yet. I offered to grab the item myself as I told Dustin I have a very important report to get done with work and needed the keyboard. He refused to let me just go grab the item from the shelf so they could close out the online order. He stated I had to cancel the order and go pay for the item up front as he and his team were busy and couldn’t help me. Before I did so I asked Dustin if the amount would automatically go back to my card right away. He stated yes. I go around the store grabbing other items I need just to find about 30-40 minutes later that the amount was not put back onto the gift card I used for the online purchase. I go back to the pick up counter and wait 5+ minutes while 10+ employees just walk right passed me, one even bumping into me with out any of them offering to help me. Then Dustin comes around the corner and asked if I if I had a question. I told him the balance wasn’t returned to my gift card and he just simply stated “That could take a day or two”. Even when I asked previously. I stated that it was inconvenient and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Luckily I’m not broke as a joke and was able to pay with another method, but the level of customer service from Dustin, the General Manager was horrible.

Huge place. Great variety of items. Nice location. The tire and auto shop is a good place to get new tires and oil change.

My daughter and I wanted to purchase a clothing item, when it rang up as a, " No sale item." My question is if its on the store shelves why can't we purchase the item and the cashier apparently couldn't explain why we couldn't buy it. The other thing is we bought another clothing item from the same section and it rang up fine. Was the cashier too lazy to get a price check?!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
