Walmart is the best place to go and get pretty much everything you need from toys to kids and wanting stuff in the sporting goods. Walmart is just awesome.

Seriously, it's Walmart. You can get just about anything of a reasonable quality at a reasonable price. It's not fancy. They don't really do sales. It is what it is and we spend a good portion of my paycheck here every week because of it.

Honestly, our visit today has to be the worst service experience I've encountered in a long time. I damn near walked out! But I decided to make myself heard. There were 3 clerks on duty in electronics department at the Manhattan KS store about 5pm. Two were helping one man with a cell phone issue ( I think that was the problem). The other clerk came over but got so busy he had to run the check out and didn't seem to want to help me by answering my questions. He did look up a price but walked off and I realied other people needed his help. But these other two....really ignored all the customers. I FINALLY had to ask one of the two others to help us. We were basically ignored...so were several other customers. Seriously does it really take two clerks to resolve a cell phone issue? Then after the one helped me all three were with the cell phone dude and my daughter in law was behind me waiting for assistance. Again I had to ask them to help. These three are not a good team for this department. The one named Matthew seemed to be in charge and was rude and ignored us. He needs lessons in customer relations and service. Oh, BTW, we purchased over $700.00 of merchandise, 1 laptop, 1tablet, headphones, thumb drive's and a couple of other items. We might have bought more but I got really tired if having to drag the service out of these rude young men. I'll never buy electronics from this store again.

Store was packed full of people,only 2 checkers and had to check myself out. If I wanted a side job, I would have applied for that position!!! I will go out of my way and pay more just so I will never have to shop there again! Enough is enough!

Walmart does it again, changed where everything was, can't find a damn thing in a timely manner. I absolutely despise shopping there, only go because I have to once in a while. Seems like every time I go I change where items were. They really cut down on how much stock they carry too, half the things are gone by the time you get there in the evening.
