Bought a watch, opened it in the car. The battery was dead. went back in. went to the service desk. can't just get a new battery for free, can't get an other one. have to spend 20 min to find someone from that dept. They were very nice but just not in the service mode. I don't want to slam the $8 hour employee. If i had the money Walmart has i would have a lot of check out lines open (they pay 1/2 of what they should should have 2 lines open for every on they have now). my store would have the best service people would be raving how great it is rather how bad they are.

If you are Africa American, please choose another Walmart. I’m assuming all the employees here are train to watch (Blacks) people. Today my boys ages ( 6&8 ) and I was in the store and when I say my blood was boiling. We went through self checkout today I was on one side and a white lady was on the other side, when I say the cashier walk over by us and watch us scan every item (5 items to be exact) when walking out the door they still wanted to see the receipt for the 5items that was in a bag not outside a bag but inside. I work hard everyday never had to steal from nobody. I called the Corporate office 800-wal-Mart made a Complaint ( do I think anything would happen 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️) when I see back and think I hate my kids had to experience this. All black people are no bad people. Oh and did I forget to mention I haven’t seen not one black person working there besides the one back lady I seen there that transfer from the Waukegan location ( yes I be at all the Walmart lbs that’s how I know her face) can’t not one ever say I took anything.......

Store is always out of stock on many items. It took them over week to resupply drinking water in gallon jugs. The bakery is a joke. I asked the bakery manager when a certain item will be in stock. She more or less answered me with “when I feel like to reorder”. Talked with the store manager, my impression was that he couldn’t tie his own shoelaces. Needless to say he was of no help. Another reviewer said this was a huge store. That is a complete falsehood. Checking out with a cashier is another joke. Either there is not enough checkers or they shut down self-check aisles. Really this place doesn’t even deserve one star. I always have to go to the Crystal Lake or Carpentersville stores to find items in stock.

Convenient location and plenty of parking. Great place to run in for one thing and walk out with a cart full of stuff you didn't realize you needed till you saw it on sale.
