I love love love this Walmart. Special shout out to the online grocery department - they are AMAZING and the reason I purchase 99% of my groceries from Walmart. Whoever is running the department is doing an amazing job. The few times I have had an issue, it is solved with a quick email which always always results in Walmart going above and beyond to make it right. The other thing I have to mention is their new self checkout aisle. It's been a while since I've been in but last time I was there they had a normal size lane for self checkout. This is crucial if you have more than a few items. The scanner/technology did a great job. Some places go crazy if you scan the next item before you put the one you just scanned in the bagging area. This one does not! So you can scan super quickly like a normal checkout clerk would. They even have a handheld scanner that works beautifully for your heavy items. The last thing I want to bring up is the pickup tower. Again, it's been a while since I've been in but this was awesome around Christmas when I was doing store pickups. You just go in, scan your phone and boom there is your item. I will be honest though and say it took too long when the item was big and did not fit in the tower. An associate would walk from the front to the back of the store to get the item but they should really have a way to radio someone in the stock room to just walk it out. That would save a lot of time around the holidays when everyone is so busy!

Car broke down and my wife I were forced to stay in Holly Springs overnight. Was greeted with a genuine friendly attitude 5 times.. by an amazing mix of cultures. Found amazing sales. Intended to spend nothing and spent $77. Qiana at the register inquired about my shopping and presence in HS. Made us feel special. Holly Springs Walmart is a gem to be treasured! Stop if you get a chance!!

The store, the 20* I have been here has always had almost no customer reps in the checkout lanes, and in the deli. Today I came there was a wonderful woman Ronda helping in the deli. She was the only one of two people in this department. She was working with me. She was also trying to do the hot chicken roasters and was also trying to deal with other customers. I talked to the assistant department manager. His mentality was "mind your own business". I have three kids with me and my elderly mother. They have yet to have dinner and my mom has medical testing tonight at 730pm. I am unsatisfied with this Walmart. I also watched other customers walk away angry and saw this department lose revenue.

Service is 5 stars. For grocery pickup, I did not get notice before I arrived that some of my order are out of stock. They need to improve their computer system to update promptly their inventory to let customers know what is out of stock when place order.

A pleasant Walmart to visit! Parking easy. Getting in out of store easy! Visit when running errands in Holly Springs. Easy check out, find what I am after consistently, efficient staff.
