This store will answer the phone and put you on hold indefinitely. I called they’re probably a dozen times with the same response. I selected each department in hopes that I could get a person to speak to.I then called the deli to speak with the manager, they were very nice and said they would get a manager for me but he never came to the phone. This store needs management make over. Perfect example app customer no service!

Employees are not the friendliest. Went in today and the associate checking me out wouldn't even speak to me. Said nothing through the whole transaction and as I was paying, she was texting on her phone. Employees need to be retrained and taught better customer service skills.

Everyone I've talked to at the North Main Street branch. All very pleasant and cheerful. You can tell they enjoy, where they're employed and what they do. Love going to High Point, WAL-MART, on N. Main.

I just spent 30 minutes in the store trying to get something out of a locked case. Asked an associate that was 2 aisles over for help, he said he would and then continued to stock the shelves. I asked him again and then he left and didn't return to the area. Saw another associate Judy in the area for help, she at least pages someone, however, no one responded to the page. I then called the store and tried to talk to Terry which never picked up the phone. At this point I walked to customer service and asked to a manager and once again no one responded. First was told the manager was in the bathroom, but after a few minutes was told I don't know where they are. This was by far the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences to date. If you are going to lock merchandise up, you should have people willing to help retrieve it. The whole time I'm thinking that LP has to see me standing here waiting, instead of waiting for me to steal something they should have taken initiative and got someone to help me.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
