Man! I went here because 2 other walmarts were out of a laptop I really wanted. I was back in electronics and waited 20-25 whole minutes for the guy that was supposed to be there to finally emerge after I went to the dressing room area to have someone page him. Even the two ladies there were laughing and said we was just talking about that. So he must hide a lot. Lots of other people were waiting as well. When he came back, I said to him, what's up, people been waiting bout 20-25 minutes for you and his attitude was very nonchalant like, "I wasn't even gone long". Dude! It's a job, which requires you to work. Its customer service which requires you to give service to customers. Why hide? 😤 Not to mention the guy who came before him after I had the ladies page someone, went to get a key to open the cabinet so I could get a laptop and never returned 🤣😂. Good job Walmart.🤗 You hire great energetic people. 🤔🤔 WTF!

This Walmart had exactly what I needed. Went right in, found what I needed, got in line, was rung up quickly and out the door. Cashier was very nice, too. Great experience!

I try to avoid Walmart during peak times bc the lines can get way out of control, especially now that they shut down the self checkout lanes WHENEVER THEY PLEASE. 🙄 I went LATE yesterday (10:15pm) and wouldn’t you know they had all self checkout stations closed and only TWO lanes open. I waited in line 42 minutes before some bright person decided to open another lane.Three lanes are still ridiculous when you can count 12 or more customers waiting per line. I’ve listed some more cons below. All based around poor customer care/service. I highly recommend you frequent another Walmart! Cons: 1. Photo center is never staffed. You have to press a keypad to summons an employee for help! Even then it takes the person 10 minutes to find your photos. 😳 2. The photo center closes the printing machines down manually (there are 4 machines) whenever they want (it happened in front of me) and claim the machines aren’t working. Another lie was the photo center was completely out of paper so nothing could be printed another day. 3. Employees are either unhappy, overtired or confused looking. They don’t greet you at the registers anymore or even tell you your total half the time! 😐 4. Be sure the scan gun is facing downward before your cashier starts! Last night the cashiers scan gun was facing my groceries on the belt (laying sideways) so items were scanning as they moved past before being scanned by hand (resulting in double charges) 🤯 Pros: 1. Walmar t aways deserves a 5 star rating. I'm there once or twice a week and even 3 times. Great place 2 shop.
