Friendly staff with a good layout for everyday items. Easy to find what you are looking for. Grocery offers reasonable pricing with a fresh produce and bakery department. Clearance sections are throughout the store for even better deals. Electronics department offers great deals on smart TVs as well as gaming and phone devices. Helpful staff and quick shopping for most of your needs.

It is my first time going to Walmart in sawmill Dublin area and i am really empress to this guy name Rick. I just hope I did get his full name for everybody to know how nice and helpful he is. He is busy stocking close to toy area in the middle of the floor and no matter how busy he is he stopped and help me all the way through my truck to put a grills and smoker's that i bought.

Store Pickup. Tried the grocery pickup service today after seeing the Super Bowl commercial. This was so easy. Rachel helped get my groceries into the my truck and went over all the details on how the program works. She was so friendly and helpful. I wish I would have had a few bucks to tip. I will next time. Highly recommend this service.

So this is actually the first review that I’ve ever left anywhere. But I just left this Walmart a little bit ago and had a terrible experience. Keep in mind this is the Walmart I always go too! I normally love going here because everyone is so friendly. So today I had a few items to return that I had gotten too many of then and I was excited because I had remembered to actually return something which I never remember. So I got there and I go through the front door and there’s a lady there who scanned my items and put stickers on them and when she put the stickers on them and set them in the bag the stickers got stuck to the bag on accident. She tried to undo it but I said it’s okay I’ll get it. The lady that greeted me when I walked through the door was very friendly, she showed me the direction of the customer service desk. so I headed that way. I have worked in the customer service industry for 10 years now. I actually have two customer service jobs right now. So I walk up to the customer service area. There were a few people in front of me, and There were two cashiers one was younger and one was older. I quickly was able to pick up on the extremely rude tone the older lady was using towards customers. I the older lady had a green top on with short hair. So it came out to be my turn, and I set the bag on the counter and I tried to slowly peel off the stickers that got stuck to the bag that way they were only stuck to the items to make it easier for the cashier to pull the items out of the bag. The cashier says in an extremely rude tone “Leave It Alone, she did that on purpose” Then she ripped the stickers off and scanned the items. She then in a rude voice said, “ umm do you just want this back on your card or do you want cash” when I said cash she rolled her eyes. I was half tempted to go find a manager right in that moment, but I was so mad that I just needed to get out of there. Not to mention I had plans to do a little shopping because I needed a few things. Typically when I go in there to this Walmart, everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Today though Makes me never want to go back to that Walmart location, I was appalled at customer service I was given. And I think what made me more disappointed, was the fact that I was at the customer service desk of all places, so it’s suppose to be the people that are friendly, nice and helpful. Like I said this is the first review I have ever left anywhere, I’m a pretty laid back an understanding person. I understand that sometimes people may be having a bad day at work, or that something may be going on, but I also know from experience, that it’s not acceptable to treat customers like that. I was extremely disappointed today..
