I was buying a phone and there was this one employee who helped me out and he was super nice. He helped me find a phone case, screen protector, and reccommended a SD card that was a few dollars more than the one I was going to buy but it held more space. Usually the staff just grabs what I ask for but he helped me save a lot of money and I thought that was really cool. If I knew his name, I would definitely talk to the manager about how amazing of a job he was doing.

Poor selection and understocked, store organization đź‘Ž. Customer service lines and checkouts are always incredibly long. Its only redeeming qualities are the garden center and Murphy's gas station (adjacent) they have the lowest gas and cigarette prices in town. Go to Park Rapids Walmart if you can.

I complained about how i couldn't find several items. The staff flew out in all directions to find the items or a close 2nd if out, and were so nice. I was so impressed and grateful, and suprised. Left happy.

Today the pharmacy was my destination, and as always they came through with efficient service and legible information about how to take my medicine. But what else can you say... it is almost like a hometown feeling as the staff are always helpful.

Never enough cashiers. Can spend a good 15-20 min waiting in a checkout line. Utilize self-checkout if you can. Updated- went from 3 stars to 1. Teenage/young adult employees standing around on their phones instead of stocking shelves. No carts in the store, all in the parking lot.
