I needed help getting earphones out of a locked case, could not find an employee to help. 2 fast walked right past, without helping even though I tried to get their attention. When the photo lady came over, she was great. Very helpful. Then I get to the register up front. Thought I scored with only one person in front of me. Nope. She had to wait for a CSM because the card reader was not working. The other 2 lanes were full of people. Took several minutes for the cashier to flag one down even though she requested one on those palm pilot things. This was only my experience today. Sunday I had to go for an item and it took the CSM over 10 minutes to come just to approve a coupon. I will be ordering those few items, that only they carry locally, online from someone else. The past few years Wood River Walmart has only gotten worse.

Alton ( AWL-tən) is a city on the Mississippi River in Madison County, Illinois, United States, about 18 miles (29 km) north of St. Louis, Missouri. The population was 25,676 at the 2020 census. What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this.
