Very friendly store. Wide variety of goods. Drug prices are good. Nice movie section. Fast check out.

Good place usually but rarely kept properly stocked and while the employees usually show great service when you find them they are hard to find as there usually isn't enough. From what I can tell its not as well managed as others. Their pharmacy is also good but never kept properly in stock. If they just could be stocked well I'd give them a five.

Update: ask someone where something is they have no idea. Need to wait for someone with a key to unlock some you'll be waiting for a while. Need better grocery (refrigerated and frozen), other walmarts have ground beef why not here. Tire and lube service is great ask for angel. Otherwise run of the mill walmart.

Went to 2 other locations before coming to Middle Island. Was looking for a specific 12qt pot. One location had 1, but the seam on the cover, looked like it was splitting. And the other location had 0. Middle Island had 5, so I'm happy 😁 That's why I gave Middle Island 5 stars. But as we all know, for whatever reason, depending on what you want, the Walmart's do not have fully stocked shelves. So you may have to Walmart hop, in order to find what you need.

Prices are always right, and they have EVERYTHING in one place. Now for the bad.....difficult finding a smooth wheeling shopping cart, always seem to be OUT of distilled water, and never enough cashiers. The self check out is disorganized. On more than one occasion, because of the location of this big display of chips, there were two lines, when there should have been only one. Some shopper waiting on the self check out line ended up getting cut in line by this confusion.

Middle Island is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk County, New York, United States. The population was 10,483 at the 2010 census. It is situated between the hamlets of Coram and Ridge, to the west and east, respectively, and Rocky Point and Yaphank to the north and south. What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
