Went to the pharmacy for the first time and didn't have a good experience. They weren't friendly or willing to go beyond passing meds. Maybe that's the culture there or they were just so busy that they couldn't give me their undivided attention or even pretend to appreciate me being there. The first person to "help" me told me that "she didn't know what insurance I had" when I asked her what kind of card she needed - would it be something like a Blue Cross Blue Shield card. Sorry for asking a stupid question but I never use my civilian insurance since I would normally use my VA insurance if I pick up any prescriptions. I sat down and pulled up my insurance card on my phone and went back to another person to "help" me. She was the same as the first. I was told the wait would be 30-40 minutes. I asked what the cost was but she couldn't tell me because "it wasn't typed up yet" (whatever that means) and didn't offer anymore information. At that point, this was the second person who was not nice to me so I said I'll just go. She handed back my prescription with absolutely NO regard for my patronage. I'd rather be in pain than to let them help me.

5:45AM and the staff is friendly and helpful when I crankily ask where the Flu and cough medicines are located. They offered tips for tea choices and went above and beyond helping me pick out the right choice of lozenge and cough drops.

Honestly the worst pharmacy and Walgreens I've been to. I've gone over a dozen times, and every single time they get my medications wrong, or are out, not to mention they cost more than most pharmacies. Their waiting time is crazy. Outside of the pharmacy part, the actual store is fine, thus why I gave it even 2 stars. Find another place until this one becomes better. Unfortunately for me, my options are limited. I actually sometimes travel over ten miles further to another Walgreen's to fill prescriptions just to avoid the experience of going to this one.

Very busy pharmacy, but excellent caring staff specially new guy in pharmacy. Helped quickly, showing great care in RUSH TIME. Will return for great caring service!

My last visit was great. I only needed some passport pictures and snacks. But it was quick and easy. Pictures only took 5 minutes to receive and the staff was really kind.
