You need to let me know & others, you don't have meds in stock ASAP TO get them some where else. A week is a long time to wait When you have to have them, Due to the my Dr orders. Tech is smart enough to know that it's was Fri. Dr is out until Monday,! It's very painful not not having my meds 😷

I transfered on a Monday morning a script that CVS was not able to fill or even try to fill. Yes there was a bit of a problem with the insurance. Your staff tackled it with a professional manner and had it filled in a few minutes. I want to thank Charles, Julie, and Taylor for a job well done. I will be bringing more Scripts to you because of them. By the way the script was for my friend who absolutly needed it or the hospital she had to go back. Thanks again to all................ Respectfully, Nicholas Scott

The customer service in this entire town is pretty atrocious, but this pharmacy is by far the worse than anywhere else here. I moved back to Espanola 1 year ago to take care of my elderly father who regularly has to fill prescriptions here and I dread each trip I have to make here. Here is a typical visit to this pharmacy: Whether you are picking up or dropping off, you're gonna stand in a long line for 30 minutes because there's only one cashier working at a time. When it's finally your turn, you'll wait another 10 minutes for them to find your prescription because instead of just having the alphabetized bins for everything to make it easy, they have a few other designated places where they apparently store ready prescriptions and never know where to look. Sometimes it's still in the shopping cart the pharmacist throws them in immediately after filling them, because it's apparently too time consuming for them to immediately sort then after fill. If you wanna save time and order your refill through the phone automated system, you'll go pick it up at the time the recording said it would be ready, at which time it won't be ready because they'll claim they never received it. There was also a time my wife dropped off a paper prescription for painkillers for a back injury, which they immediately lost and then claimed we were lying and never dropped it off and accused us of trying to get narcotics illegally. They ended up finding it under some other papers by the cash register and filled it and didn't even apologize to us. If a doctor confirmation is needed, they will fail to follow up with you update you until you call back a few days later and then they won't even know which prescriptions you were trying to fill that needed the doctor approval. Giving them 1 star, which is still 5 stars too many.

Not a good pharmacy, long lines inside and outside. Prescriptions are sometimes not filled when they said it would be ready and that is if they get your prescription when the Dr sends them (many times in 1 week), or they lose the paper. There are always going to tell you sorry "we are short staffed" for any problems that happen.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
