It's hard to believe the glowing reviews. It is more likely the Vision Center manager either posts phony reviews herself or gets others to do so. After many years of going to the Vision Center we ended our relationship over a pair of glasses that they could not get right. It could not be used after countless trips back and forth. They would not refund our money and showed little interest in the situation. So much for caring for your long time customers! Do NOT go here for an examination or for glasses. The staff is untrained and more interested in their personal lives than taking care of you. For many years I was told I was getting cataracts. After moving on to another doctor with 35 years experience he told me I do NOT have cataracts and he has no idea why I was told I would get them. In fact my vision improved and this is not possible for someone with cataracts. If you get glasses at Vision Center you will have to go back numerous times for them to fix the problems. One time I couldn't possibly use the glasses they gave me. The manager said something about ordering lenses from another company. Obviously they tried cheaper lenses but couldn't get away with it. Of course, this meant another 7-10 days without my glasses and another round of going back and forth because they have NEVER gotten a pair of glasses right the first time. We were told by the doctor that it is "normal" to have to return a number of times to get the glasses correct. Guess what Dr. Farrall............we went to Boscov's Optical and each of us got perfect glasses from day one. I was actually stunned when I first put them on. I was so used to the Vision Center nonsense of trying to get used to them but having to back and back and back for countless adjustments. We did not have to return to Bosov's Optical for anything as they were perfect the first moment we tried them. What an idea!!!! Get glasses right the first time so your customers don't have to waste time and gas going back and forth countless times. The Vision Center philosophy is simple.....they are right and the customer is wrong. Dr. Farrall is of no help and shows little care or concern for the patient. Once they have your money they don't if you have to return 100 times to get your glasses correct. They deserve zero stars but that is not an option. Unless you have a LOT of time to waste and don't mind countless trips back to correct problems with your glasses try elsewhere. Boscov's Optical has great prices and check out their coupons on their web site. Also you will not likely have to go back because they know what they are doing....unlike the Vision Center.

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. staff. Facility is conveniently located, with good parking. I have been a patient for years, just getting annual checks. However I recently had a problem needing attention and was able to get an appointment easily.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
