Review by Matthew Beaudoin

Dr. Klughers is an amazing and caring person to work with. Too many doctors today spend little to no time with the patient and are quick to prescribe medications - this should not be the system we use to better our health and wellbeing in today's world! Dr. Nicole really takes the time to listen and understand you to get to the root cause of things and treat you in the best way possible looking at the whole picture and you as a whole person vs just treating symptoms. I would recommend her to anyone of any age, these type of treatments should be the norm for everyone!

What I really appreciated about my whole experience with Dr. Klughers is the personal care. She is thorough with her work and genuinely cares about you. I was thrilled to finally have a doctor that understands my alternative healthcare mindset and was able to support my needs for a natural approach to getting well.

Dr. Nicole is the most compassionate, thorough and knowledgeable physician I have ever met. She really listens to her patients and truly wants to get to the root of problem not just treat the symptoms. I was ill for months. Traditional doctors would not discuss or even explore alternatives to the harsh protocol they prescribed, despite it making me even more ill. I found Dr. Nicole through a family member and I have been treating with her ever since. She was able to prescribe an effective treatment, without harsh medicines, and I feel better than I have in months. Dr. Nicole cares deeply about her patients and their well being. She treats the whole person (mind, body, soul). I wish all doctors were like her.

Dr Nicole is a compassionate and caring practitioner. She also has an amazing degree of knowledge of both allopathic and naturopathic medicine. I have seen her for several acupuncture sessions and always come away feeling relaxed and de-stressed as well as a lot less pain.

I first met Dr. Nicole at a Holistic Fair in Vernon, CT & enrolled in her summer series, "Meditation Mondays" which introduced relaxation techniques and acupuncture along with tea in a beautiful & relaxing atmosphere. She takes time to address concerns, answer questions and share her wealth of holistic knowledge. Dr. Nicole has a fresh approach making it easy to attain your health goals. Highly recommend her practice to anyone looking to improve their health & well being.

About Rocky Hill, Connecticut

Rocky Hill is a town in Hartford County, Connecticut, United States. The town is part of the Capitol Planning Region. The population was 20,845 at the 2020 census. It was originally land of the Wangunks (a tribe of Native Americans). Europeans began to settle the area of Rocky Hill in 1650, as part of Wethersfield, the neighboring town to the north. In 1722, the area became known as Stepney Parish, until it was independently incorporated in 1843. Rocky Hill’s location on the Connecticut River made it a natural port for Wethersfield and an early center for shipbuilding, agriculture, and trade. Rocky Hill is a typical bedroom community as many residents commute to work in the larger urban centers of Hartford to the north and New Haven to the south. Rocky Hill is the home to the Dinosaur State Park. Rocky Hill also was once the headquarters of Ames Department Stores, which ceased business operations in 2002. Read More

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
