We were humiliated by the lady staff. My wife went in the shop, saw the small paper cups for trying, took about 1-2 ml and tried and thought the taste was interesting, so came out and wanted me to try too. The moment I had the cup in my hand, this lady came up and rudely said: "this sample cup is not supposed to be taken out, and if you want to taste outside, buy the bottled ones." Then literally grabed the small paper cup away from my hand. I was astonished, like "what just happend!?", and felt humiliated, particularly with many people walking by!! If you don't want customers to take the sample cups out, put some message board ("don't try", or "don't take out") there and politely tell customer before they walk out; don't chase out to the street and humiliated people like this.

Ran in here hoping to find some neapolitan herb balsamic vinegar and was so happy they had it in stock!!! Regarding some of the comments I saw regarding high pricing - this is what you should expect to pay for quality. Although I was here for only a minute, the staff was friendly and got me checked out quickly! Nothing like a chef in a rush who needs her vinegar... lol Really nice, clean shop and plenty to choose from. If you love cooking, you need to experience these oils and vinegars!!

Went on a rainy Friday in January, practically had the town to ourselves, and free parking jn the winter months! The lady on staff was very nice and helpful. I can't wait to go back and get more oils and vinegars!

I often stop in here and the customer service is about what you'd expect. Not pushy and rather relaxed. The oil and vinegar selection is quite extensive and they have truffle oil (however, I'm not quite sure about the oil quality here - truffle infused oil can vary quite a bit). Nevertheless I bought the truffle oil and use it on my popcorn and mashed potatoes and it really tastes phenomenal. The vinegars are nice - the fig and cherry are a go to for salads. Another idea for a salad dressing would be a white vinegar with a blood orange oil.

A wonderful place to shop. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great gift packages too. Tasting is a must. Don't forget to get your rewards card, buy ten get one free. I'm on my fourth card.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
