What wonderful customer service. My husband was having trouble ordering his medicine online. Called the Albany dispensary(03/04/19) and left a message. That day Victoria called and talked to my husband. Then she emailed me and explained everything that needed to be done. Victoria also left valid contact information which helped today(03/05/19) when my husband’s account was still not working correctly. Victoria stayed on the line and talked me through the ordering procedure. She even offered to create a special time for pickup if needed. She was a god send. Thank you Victoria for helping us. Your customer service should be the standard for everyone.

I am a new patient if Vireo and I have been so happy with the results after beginning my treatment. Vireo is staffed with kind courteous and compassionate staff willing to answer all of your questions and to make this as easy for you as possible. Clean and welcoming .

We can't say enough nice things about Vireo in Albany! They make every visit or question simple to do and understand. I've been a customer since last September, and they are supportive, cheerful, and when I got the good news from my physician/surgeon that I was cancer free, I called the Vireo folks to tell them -- they were so excited! And they all mention it when I talk to them. I feel like it is a team effort here, keeping me healthy, and I am so happy to be part of the Vireo family. Bravo!

Good first dispensary experience. Staff are knowledgeable and extremely polite. I witnessed a few difficult customers and the staff were still aiming to help them and staying polite. I waited a little while in the office for a consult but they were busy filling prescriptions so it's understandable. They have everything documented which is helpful. Product documentation is great. First consult in person was straightforward and honest on where to start and goals. Not a big deal but if you fill out the paperwork online, you may still have to fill out a shorter form when you get there, so set aside some extra time. Can't stress it enough that if you're visiting here you should have all your paperwork in order. A couple people didn't have their stuff and get frustrated, and hold up the line and just make others frustrated. It's a heavily regulated pharmaceutical, it's going to need paperwork. Make sure to READ ALL of your New York Materials and Vireo's materials they send you and bring what you need and you'll have zero issues.
