Colton was so helpful today! I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. I had several complicated issues that Colton helped me work through. He even helped me find an additional discount on my plan through my employer. I was so impressed by my excellent and expert service! I’d highly recommend this location.

sorry to say my experience does not match others here. Friendly but unresponsive. When I switched carriers, Dawson helped us make the switch. Since he is fairly new and still in need of training (so the Assistant Mgr Cody said), the line charges for setting up the account were not distinguished from the activation charges that Verizon later charged. I did call back initially and explained the situation, and Dawson said he would talk to his manager and would pursue getting us credit back. Never heard another word. I went back to the store in person and talked with Cody, and after we discussed the situation, he said it definitely sounded like Dawson did not adequately explain the charges, and he would take this up with the manager and pursue credit back to us for those in store charges. once again, despite these attempts on my part, no one, certainly not the manager, has ever contacted me and I have been issued no credit. Very disappointed and turned off by this first customer experience with Verizon and with this particular authorized dealer.
