I do love the juice they have there and I am a regular customer there. But here is the thing that upsets me. Why are they unable to keep coils in hand. I have changed three units or Mods and then there are never coils available for it. Then it’s they will be in this day or that day. And it never happens. I about ready to use a different store because if the inconsistency of product being available. About ready to change again to maybe something that more universal. So in case it’s unavailable to purchase a coil I could use another venue. Just very upsetting

The last 3 times I've attempted to go there a sign has been posted saying the employee is "away". Either post your ACTUAL hours or staff yourself properly.

This store is a big joke. The mod and juice selection is very limited, on top of that they are always out of stock. The juice they sell has no flavor and if by chance it does, it doesnt last longer than a day. They never have replacement parts for the mods THEY SELL IN STORE! I went in and bought an itaste hunter from them, i made a mistake and broke the glass, i went in and they said they didnt have any replacement glass. So about a few weeks later after i went to another store to buy replacement glass i went back in to get coils for the itaste hunter..... Guess what they were out of stock, for 3 weeks i went back to get coils and they were out of stock the whole time. The staff isnt too friendly, i will admit i dont know a whole lot but i know enough. So i went in for juice and was greeted by a female who gave me a "get the hell out" look. I approached her and started asking about juice and if they had the crown 4, instead of an answer i got the "youre an idiot" look, so i bought 1 bottle of juice because i was out and she got so annoyed that she snatched my card from my hand and put my card and the recipte in the bag with the juice and basicly shoved the bag at me. If you enjoy vaping do not got to this store, i certainly will not be returning.

The people are nice but they have issues with keeping stock. I went in there for new coils every day for a week to be told each day they would arrive the next day. When the stock arrived my coil type was not in the order. Even though I purchased the kit from this store. They also have discounts on 120ml of their in house juice but you have to order it early and there is no guarantee that it will be there on time. I am not going to go back. I will get my stuff online.
