I suffer from Chronic Pain & a Autoimmune Condition. Both cause severe fatigue. I heard about the Vape Haus in 2 of my support groups which rated it Excellent! & I have to agree! I went looking for alternatives in treating my condition & started with Kratom ..The staff ...especially MELISSA has been more then patient with all my questions ,They are knowledgeable, Helpful with suggestions. But the best thing I have found is their selection !! it is unmatched in the area & the 14 different shops over 3 states I went to while traveling recently. There are several different types, dosages,area's grown of Kratom. They have a large selection of small packages at the ABSOLUTE BEST PRICES which is very important while you are figuring out what kind works for you . All the other shops I have gone to had a very limited selection of large bottles of maybe 3 types... at Outrages Prices ( some were willing to negotiate,but not enough) NONE had a educated staff to help me. There CBD Oil selection is also extensive & I will be trying that soon. I am probably in their shop 3/4x a week as I investigate what works best for me. I can't tell you how important the low cost, small packages & educated staff are to someone who has pain or illness & is struggling to survive both health wise & financially. The small packages mean... for less then $10.00 you can find a little relief when you need it most.

Marissa was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The oil that I purchased is exactly what I was looking for, and I felt like all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I will be a returning customer, for certain.

Everyone I have dealt with at this store has been friendly and knowledgeable. I have independently researched CBD products and found that these folks really know their stuff. I like the reward program they offer too. Recently, a CBD cartridge I bought leaked and caused me to lose over half of the pricey stuff. I happened to mention this while in the store and they replaced it hassle free, and I hadn’t even intended to mention it. I also had a bizarre failure of a Yocan Magneto after less than a week and they swapped it out for me at no charge. The point here is that they truly stand behind what they sell. Vapor Haus in Des Plaines is a real class act!

I have been visiting this shops for years! From New kits, to juice, to Kratom, they have it all! As a newbie to Kratom, JP and the rest of his crew are VERY knowledgable and explained everything and answered all questions that I had. They have a welcoming vibe and it can’t be beat, they won’t pressure you into a sale unless they know you’re comfortable and know what you want. This is a one stop shop and I know I’ll be coming here for many more years to come. keep up the phenomenal work ladies n gents!

This place has the most friendly helpful workers I have ever encountered in a vape shop. If you have a problem with your vape they try to fix it, not sell you another one right off the bat. They have a great selection of juices and everything else. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I would never go to another vape shop after coming here!
