I had the chance to become familiar with this office after completing my student medical training rotation for a total of six months. I can honestly say that the care patients receive is comprehensive and proactive. This office truly allows individuals to take control of their health and participate in disease prevention and/or management. Symptoms like fatigue, headaches, body aches, etc are thouroughly investigated regardless of age and are never considered as expected or without cause. Lab testing includes (based on patient need): standard blood work, food sensitivity, fecal testing, hormone level, nutrients and electrolytes, brain chemicals, and genetics. The practitioner will help you discover the source of your problem or help you optimize your body and stay healthy. Anyone can benefit from this integrated health promotion-based model. Needless to say, my kids, husband and I have become patients and I continue to refer friends and relatives or anyone I meet who is left without answers about their health.

Finding Dr Frandzie Daphnis has literally transformed my life. Where many doctors aren’t trained to look for specific things, she knows exactly what to test for to help bring your body back to balance. She takes her time going over your labs and is caring and compassionate. I went from every day exhaustion to now having the energy to run my business and take care of my family. I sleep well and feel great. So thankful!!

Director Dr. Harris has world-class clients and treats everybody with the same level of care. He is kind and insightful Doc with helpful staff. This place truly takes a holistic approach and is not just going to push pills - However, he may recommend that you push some weights in the private clinic gym.

You be the judge based on this experience. I have Cigna medical insurance through my employer. Annual wellness exams with Cigna are no charge. Had to keep reminding this place each time that physicals are at no charge with Cigna. My employer requires a signed form that verifies that I’ve had a physical the previous year with Cigna. Otherwise they charge me double premiums. Here is this years conversation at my wellness exam. Doctor: “So. All you are responsible for today is the $25 fee” Me: “No. As I’ve said before, wellness exams are no charge with Cigna” Doctor: “Oh. It’s not for the wellness exam. It’s for me to sign your paper” Me: “So you are charging me $25 for your signature?” Doctor: “Yes” By the way. Never heard of a Dr Harris (as mentioned in another review) at this place. There is no actual Dr here. Only a nurse practitioner named Frandzie Daphnis. She runs this place. No doctor on the premises. And the review by Carmen is the on staff assistant. So disregard her review. Many positive reviews you are seeing here and on yelp are from staff. Update. Haha. I just received a letter from her saying we are longer patients there. As if I didn’t already tell them I wouldn’t be back. I don’t deal with greedy doctors. So I fired her. Too funny. Not unexpected though. #greed

After just one treatment of dry needling my muscles feel completely different. I had a massage 2 days later and even my massage therapist noticed a huge difference in my muscles. I actually was able to feel the relaxation of the massage instead of so much pain from the massage therapists trying to work out the tightness through massage. I can effectively turn my neck completely to my shoulders as well. I would recommend dry needling to anyone especially the people with extreme muscle tightness and limited motion.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
