I have been a patient with Utopia since 2009. I came to Utopia after enduring months of chemotherapy and endless rounds of radiation Dr. Garcia is straight forward and honest with his approach an d his diagnosis. I realize that for some people he may come across as harsh but that could not be further from the truth. Dr. Garcia is caring and wants to save every person that comes for treatment. I would much rather my doctor tell it to me in no uncertain terms rather than being vague. Dr. Garcia has a protocol that he expects his patients to follow and if you are wiling to put in the effort, he will be there with you every step of the way. I have called Dr. Garcia over the years for other health concerns and he has always taken my calls and guided me through what was needed to help. The first meeting with Dr. Garcia is one that will shed light on many other issues in your life that have caused you to be in the health situation you are in. So if you are willing to hear what is being said to you, rather than get defensive, you will be able to move towards your recovery that much faster. It is hard for people to hear that you are the cause of your own illness but once you take the time to look back, you soon realize that Dr. Garcia is absolutely correct and his diagnoses and treatment will be exactly what is needed. The most important thing that Dr. Garcia has always said, and something that I live by, is, if your gut tells you it is wrong, or right, follow it. Your body knows what you need. This has held true for me in so many situations. I knew upon my arrival at Utopia that this is where I wanted, and needed to be, if I wanted to live. Cancer is a scary word but after being at Utopia and endless meetings with Dr. Garcia, I am no longer afraid of the "C" word. You need to be strong to get well and as long as you are willing to accept your role, follow the protocol, you will be a healthier person for it. I recommended a friend to Dr. Garcia after he spent years receiving chemotherapy to only have his doctor tell him to go home and put his affairs in order. They gave him a few weeks. My friend came to Utopia, followed the protocol and never missed a treatment and Dr. Garcia was able to extend his life for a few more years. Dr. Garcia is caring and direct and his staff is wonderful. Leave your need to be coddled at home and take charge of your own health. That is what is expected at Utopia, you are an active participant. If you are willing to put in the effort, you will rejoice in the rewards. The mind is a powerful tool and Dr. Garcia will explain to you how important it is for you to believe in anything that you do, especially take charge of your health.

I arrived at Utopia Wellness for my first meeting w/ Doc last fall. My diagnosis was throat cancer w/ Squamous cells. My neck was swollen on one side and I was very tired, anxious but not afraid. After fiercely rejecting the first doctors suggestion of surgery,chemo, and radiation... I knew I had to embrace this experience with my whole heart and mind to heal my body, so not being afraid of the future was my focus... Doctor Garcia is extremely intuitive and to the point . The staff there is the most intelligent, kind , loving and joyful group of people! How they do their job every day astounds me. They address your mind, body , spirit all the time . Each one has so much to teach you about self healing... that is what this is ... a place to get the tools ( even a handbook) and hone your skills to heal and relax your body ... to become alkaline ... emotionally and physically... to clean out closets of painful things in the past that have not been resolved. Learning to be reasonable with yourself and choices you have made. I would encourage anyone seeking help to call the clinic , speak w Doctor Garcia and begin your healing journey.... Having been treated by numerous alternative healthcare providers both in New York City and in Florida, I am very familiar with this branch of medicine. I have been extraordinarily pleased with Utopia Wellness. Dr. Carlos Garcia is both an impressive physician with awesome diagnostic skills and just simply an amazing human being, he is highly knowledgeable and yet incredibly accommodating, listening carefully to his patients, going out of his way to supply thorough explanations, and ultimately providing carefully individualized therapies to treat both your medical issues and your whole being with amazing results. The staff at Utopia Wellness is exceptional, they are highly professional and yet so caring and attentive to their patients it is remarkable. I have been a patient of Utopia Wellness for more than a year and cannot possibly recommend this amazing facility and Dr. Garcia highly enough. If your mainstream doctors refuse to listen and insist on treating you with cookie cutter medical practices that fail to solve your problems, run, do not walk, to Utopia Wellness and find your path back to health and feeling terrific!

I would like to speak about Belinda Alonso, "my" Certified Holistic Nutritionist at Utopia Wellness. Under Belinda's guidance, I have achieved amazing weight loss results and a much healthier body and life style. Belinda is very knowledgeable about the body and how it reacts to exercise and certain foods. She has been able to guide me in the proper way to eat and exercise for MY desired results. Additionally, Belinda has such a caring attitude. She will often check in with me by email to ensure I'm staying focused and to see if I need her assistance. I enjoy our weekly meetings as we discuss any pit falls from the previous week and she guides me around them for the future. She is very inspirational and motivational which is of great help for any tough weeks. I would highly recommend her! She has changed my lifestyle and the rest of my life is looking very long and healthy.
