When i went there the employee had her baby and exected me to stand there and wait for her to take care of her before waiting on me. I was on my way to work snd didnt have time to stand there and wait.

They need to train their employees better. I go in there all the time because I live like 2 minutes away. Everytime I go in they can never find what I need or I have to tell them where it is and they charge me a different price each time. I always have to get their attention to even let them know I'm standing there. Its ridiculous. One night I went there to get something and the guy didnt even look for it and then said sorry we dont have any right now when I saw what i needed in a box on the floor. I've heard alot of complaints about this place. Someone needs to do something.

Jaz who works at this location has horrible customer service. I have been going to this shop for a couple of years and never had an issue until she came. I recommend going to their new location.

Bad experience.. I bought a nectar collector and the box was incomplete. It was missing the plastic clip. I figured no big deal they’ll realize it and give me one. Went back the next day.. Nope! Evan after I showed them 3 pictures of the collector in the box IN THE STORE (before I bought it I took pics) they still demanded a receipt which they did not give me in the first place. So I had to spend an extra $3.99 for something that should have came in the original box. I understand theres people out there that try and rip the store off by doing shady stuff but I was not one of them it was the cheapest thing in the box I showed them all the evidence I could. I should have asked for a receipt but the poor cashier had her baby with her and was trying to take care of her and work and I wasn’t about to bother her they have to print the receipt off some tablet.. I inspected the box everything was fine I didn’t know it was supposed to come with that clip I wish I did I would have gotten the receipt or said something. To me it’s just bad buisness and unprofessional. I’ll never step foot in there again. I’ll be driving to Cary or holly springs from now on
