Just FYI.. this place is also named "THE CHILDREN'S CLINIC FAMILY & HEALTH CENTER" I POSTED A PICTURE OF THE SAME ONE AS IT IS BEING DESCRIBED UNDER "UNIVERSAL CARE" Either way, they both have negative ratings. My Grandmother had been going (not no more)in this CLINIC for over 10 years. DR. FINE SONG M.D. was a young Asian doctor. He took well care of grandma all the time. He spent time with her asking questions and always was concerned about her well being. Maybe it's because grandma is very old and he had to do his part in making sure she was well taken care of. One day October of 2016 grandma needed to have her routine 6 months visit. I requested for her PCP=PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN Dr Song. Come to find out, he left. No one was able to tell me where he had went. All they said was; "He no longer practice here and we don't know where he is at." Huh??? I was devastated because I don't know what to tell grandma. This place is horrible. Communication is bad they won't schedule you same day they make it seem like they are so very special clinic like CELEBRITIES go there because making an appointment you have to wait hour's ON the PHONE waiting for a rep to pick up. I've waited 2 hours at most before FEEL ASLEEP WAITING. Agrrrrrrrrr Horrible place and I agree with the feedback of the person before me on this post and the post under Children Clinic Family health care. So don't get mixed up it's the same place is just named different. Thanks for making time reading my post! ✌️

I GO HERE ALL THE TIME NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE WHERE YOU SEE DIFFERENT DOCTORS ALL THE TIME THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR WHAT YOUR GOING THRU THEY DONT EVEN CARE TO HEAR WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY VERY SHORT WITH YOU WHEN YOUR TALKING ITS AS IF THEY DONT CARE WHICH THEY DONT NO BED SIDE MANORS AT ALL HORRIBLE PLACE. JUST NEAR BY AND CONVIENT.
