The office staff were very busy and yes, the wait time was over an hour. The office staff were helpful and kind as people entered the office. The Physician Assistant, Benjamin Le, PA-C was very complete in his assessment. I thank the entire team!

The staff were friendly and professional. I had a walk in on a busy Friday afternoon. I was quoted a wait time of an hour. I asked if it would be OK to go and grab lunch instead of being trapped in a crowded waiting room. The woman at the front desk said yes and also said that she would give me a courtesy call if I wasn't back when my name was called. I came back in an hour, got called five minutes later, had my appointment and was on with my day in less than 20 minutes. Overall it was a very good experience.

The staff was polite, friendly, professional, patient, understanding and had a good sense of humor, which helps in certain situations.

Slipped at work and was sent to this horrendous clinic through the temp. agency I work for, after waiting in the lobby with 3 other people for over an hour and a half I finally get called in. Another 30min wait before the creepy physician’s assistant came in and introduced himself to me. He clearly had just finished lunch as I could smell it on his breath- I shouldn’t be able to smell his breath but he was really too close for comfort. The P.A. evidently ordered x-rays- at least 6-10 x-rays were taken of my injured foot and my shoulder. Even I, non-medical person knows that any soft tissue damage won’t show up on an x-ray but he then ordered a few more x-rays on my other shoulder. Maybe to compare? Even though I twisted my ankle? After about 4hrs the attendant comes in with a piece of paper (diagnosis) and sends me on my way. No ice, no ace bandage- nothing was offered even though I was limping and clearly in extreme pain! Needles to say, I regret having chosen this clinic to be seen at over St. Rose’s Hospital (I should’ve gone to the hospital! Lesson learned!), but as I’m reading the “diagnosis” the incompetent P.A. stared I had TWO sprained ankles! Even if that were the case- which it is not, how on earth would I have walked out of there with not even an ice pack or wrapped ankles? No escort to my car? No question as to how I would drive my car! Absolute waste of a total of 5 hours once everything was said and done.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
