I got a hitch installed on my Honda CRV. I was told that the installation was going to be an hour and fifteen minutes. An hour and thirty minutes pass so I call the place to see how the installation is going. The man tells me that the kit they received did not come with bolts so they took an hour and a half to look for new bolts which they eventually got from another kit. He said it would take another hour and a half to finish the installation. Two hours pass while I’m in the shop waiting. The installer comes over to me to show me that he unplugged a bunch of wires of my subwoofer by accident when he moved my seat. No big deal I screw the wires back where they should go and the sub was fine. I drive the car off the property to my friend’s house 40 minutes away. 5 hours later I get a call from the store that they left the shelf that goes in my trunk in the shop and that I have to pick it up. I had to go 40 minutes out of my way back home just to get my shelf that should have been put back in my car. I was still charged full price of $350 for the parts and installation. The installation should not take an hour and a half. I’ve seen the installation done it’s a few bolts and a wire that they have to click into another pre-existing wire. I understand there is some cleaning that needs to be done to make sure the bolts stay put but wasting an extra 3 hours forcing me to cancel plans without a discount is not reasonable.

They installed a trailer hitch and wiring and the next day my right brake light was stuck on, so I pulled the fuse on the circuit. When I went to try to use it again and replaced the fuse, it shorted and blew the fuse for my brake lights and blinkers. I got it in to Uhaul to fix but since it had been over 3 months and I couldn't find my paper work, they had to order the part and it would take 5 days. No problem, my bad. I told them I needed it fixed and if I have to pay for it, so be it (even though they screwed up the install... I needed to have it fixed). Fast forward to a week and half and they haven't touched it. Called and there was no one there who I could talk to, just a "new guy"... wouldn't let me speak to a manager. Wouldn't give me a number to call. Despite these guys being likable, I find them to be incompetent and the way they run the business is very unprofessional.

I will no longer use uhaul ever! This has been the worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life. Uhaul has lied to me on serveral occasions and have proved that they are very incompetent. Friday I called your east alton il location and they have since then cancelled my appointment twice and on the third try they found they never had my hitch in the first place. Said they would ship it over night tuesday and it will come thursday. Today is thursday and of course its not here. ETA is now friday after 4. Yeh that hitch will be waiting for another customer because uhaul frustrated me to beyond and back. Because I no longer wanted them to put it on I told them I had an appointment with kingshighway uhaul location to install it and they then said that location will pick up the hitch. Called the other location several times to ask will they pick up the hitch and finally they answered on thursday to say i will be responsible to pick up the hitch on friday. Heck Nooooooo never again will I ever deal with this foolishness!

Reasonable price for how far I had to travel. But for the love of God, get rid of the punk kid with the "skadoosh" tattoo or whatever stupid word was written on his stupid arm. Seriously, what a jerk. I haven't felt the need to reach over a counter and clobber a customer service employee ever in my life. Kids these days.

Truckers: Tight parking. You'll be asked to back into driveway #4 coming from highway 3. There's room to wiggle through and make a uturn if you take a right at the first little street before the train bridge after you pass the u-haul on the right. From there just take a left out on the main road, keep left ( yes, onto on coming traffic) and work your back in from there. Doing a u-turn back from the street is really tight. Great customer service and clean bathroom.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
