I paid 2300 for service contract and 2200 for maintenance contract for 84 months or 100,000 miles. Ostensibly to buy me piece of mind. At 7500 miles per maintenance that is 13 maintenance visits. My,recent visit they recommended fuel system services, transmission fluid exchange, brake system exchange and coolant system fluid exchange. These things are covered at the factory recommended mileages but NOT covered when the service technicians recommends them! So, are the Ford engineers who wrote the maintenance schedule wrong? Or are you trying to sell me service I do not need? Either way, where is the piece of mind that I bought for $4,500 dollars. Or, did I pay $4,500 for 13 oil changes and new wiper blades every year? I expect all recommended service to be performed and ALL check boxes made to green. Now I have to go find a trusted mechanic to change out all the fluids even though I only have 48,000 miles on my truck and my "premium maintenance plan" does not cover technician recommended service that is sooner than the "Owner's Scheduled Maintenance Guide". Hopefully, the extended warranty remains valid as long as the scheduled maintenance guide is followed rather than the technician's recommendations. But, I do not have the piece of mind that I bought.

Coming from a Benz, I continue to be amazed by this dealership and its integrity. The new service department is fantastic. I refer people to this dealership whenever I can. I bought my first truck there and the spacious and comfortable lounge is sufficient enough for me to keep buying Ford vehicles just so I can visit it again. The snack bar is a nice touch, none of the other places have that. I can order a sandwich, burrito, or soda. The Ford service department has consistently been stellar.

Unfortunately the service director lost a very loyal customer for this business. I used to bring my 2005, $5000 truck to these guys purely because of the great service I got. But that came to an end when I brought my truck in for a problem that cost me $1100. The problem however, was not fixed. I took it back and the problem was fixed the second time around. Granted, I didn’t have to pay for round 2 of repairs but round 2 should only have cost a few hundred dollars. Instead I was stung with a $1100 repair of a part that was not actually broken. When discussing this with the service director, he wanted nothing to do with my claims or side of the story. Lost a regular customer that was actually in talks with the sales department about a brand new Ranger. I’ll go Tacoma instead, Thanks. 3/18/2019: It is worth mentioning that although Shirley responded to my review and asked that I contact them, which I did, no one from Ford responded when I emailed them on the address provided.

I needed oil & oil filter change. As for my previous 2 visits and my recent 3rd visit. I have gotten my Ford Transit Connect within the time promised. With the Works oil change, you also get their 25 point check. There is no pressure to sell you any more than requested. They have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee. You may want to check their service times as they are open till midnight on most nights . Should you not wait for your car. Shuttle service is available .

We recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Tuttle--Click in San Juan Capistrano. As soon as we stepped on to the lot we were greeted by a very nice young man named Ash. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The entire buying process went very smoothly. Everyone we encountered made us feel right at home from Ash to Lou and Brian. We were in and out in a very short time. We are now enjoying our new truck and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this friendly dealership. We looked around at several other dealerships throughout the county and found the best one right here in our own town!

About San Juan Capistrano, California

San Juan Capistrano (also known colloquially as San Juan or SJC) is a city in southern Orange County, California, United States. The population was 35,253 at the 2020 Census. Named for Saint John of Capistrano, San Juan Capistrano was founded by the Spanish in 1776, when Father Junípero Serra established Mission San Juan Capistrano. Extensive damage caused by an earthquake in 1812 caused the community to decline. Following the Mexican secularization act of 1833, the mission village officially became a town and was briefly renamed as San Juan de Argüello. After the American conquest of California, San Juan remained a small, rural town until the 20th century; the restoration of the mission in the 1910s–20s transformed the town into a tourist destination and a backdrop for Hollywood films. What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
