Broken Arrow is a city in Tulsa and Wagoner counties in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. It is the largest suburb of Tulsa. A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this.
