Great staff, very helpful and will work with you very hard to get you what you need. Just one example: I set up an order for delivery but ran out of medicine a day before the scheduled delivery date. I called the customer service number for pickup and delivery orders and explained the situation, to which the wonderful customer service agent called my dispensary and requested that the order be changed, all while verifying that it would be ready in time for me to pick it up the same day. That phone call was about 45 minutes before they closed, mind you. I got there 20 minutes later and left a satisfied customer (albeit 15 minutes after closing - sorry guys!). Never have I ever! Very awesome experience, and both budtenders I've worked with so far have been awesome. The first girl was very nice and knowledgeable, and the second guy was cute too! 😬 Oops, I mean helpful and insightful too! I always get my questions answered satisfactorily. And the discounts definitely help. But it's all worth it by far. Please keep up the good work!

Beautiful store. I feel like certain staff members are always staring which can make you feel a little uneasy. Also,not a very good variety of strains. Seems to be like a lot of different lemon strains and that's great if you like lemon but I do not. Now they have flower for smoke but the only good strain was LA Confidential and it shows out of stock since day 2 of having. Once again Lemon is available though. Anyways, need more flower strains instead of the same stuff over and over. If anything good does come in, it won't last long.

This place makes people who need medical marijuana feel welcomed not judged. From the front counter who politely check you in and confirm who you are to the people in the back who help you find what is going to work best for you. They are completely knowledgeable on every form of medical marijuana and guide you to what is going to work best for your individual situation. I had the pleasure of working with three sales associates so far and they were all exceptional people. Thank you Stephanie, Tracy, and Finn. Finn you really knew what would be good for my daily routine. Thank you immeasurably for my better qualify of life.
