What an amazing experience. It's very evident that every single employee at this location is focused on the patient. It's not a job for them. The concierge folks are sincere with their welcoming and the admittance staff are quick to get you logged in. The waiting room is large and beautifully maintained. You've gotta love the "bud" wallpaper. When you are escorted to the dispensary, it is not what you'd expect. It's beautifully laid out with 10 stations of employees waiting to assist you. Pardon the pun but the place is a buzz with excitement as you hear all of the positive discussions about the benefits of cannabis. The displays of products and the atmosphere tell you right away that these guys (and gals) are professionals. There were so many stand outs that it would be unfair to single just a few out. My experience is that good service starts at the top, so kudos to the management team that put this crew together. If you are a patient or are considering becoming one, Trulieve in Boynton is worth the drive from anywhere.

Been there twice, so far. Each time in the late afternoon. Very little wait until going into the retail room. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable both in the products and in the law. They will help you to optimize the use of your prescription. Don't be afraid to ask for advice or product recommendations. I'll be back, for sure.

Never before in my life was a greeted so nicely by Porsche and the entire staff at Trulieve, they are the truly the best. Everyone was very professional and kind. Porsche is an asset to the Company As is Jimmy Josh Brandon and everyone at the Boynton location. Today was my first time at Trulieve and big Jimmy and big Josh were the most professional people I have dealt with since I moved to Florida in two years. They assessed my father’s needs and did an excellent job of making sure I had the best possible. I highly recommend Trulieve of Boynton Beach!!! I will never go anywhere else. Their quality is the best hands down end of story and the people that work there are true professionals. Update my father feels much better and I am grateful to have a place like Trulieve, and the excellent staff they employ.

This is the best dispensary in Florida and trust me I have been to all of them! Ask for Josh he is a delightful little fellow! They have great carts (sour diesel is the best). They also have incredible shatter! I hear the flowers are good. But I wouldn't know, because flowers are for poor people!!!

Will is fantastic! Great customer service from the reception to the counter. Rudy was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, empathetic and took his time to explain everything thoroughly. Highly recommend you see Rudy!
