March 2018. My review still stands as Trulieve continues to demonstrate the care and compassion for their customers. Whether on the phone with outstanding reps as Monique Brandon or others you feel like family. Their care for you is beyond description Whether delivery or pickup the service is well above and beyond. Helpful nonjudgmental and passionate about the industry and their career. My best example is an experience with a faulty charger/pen. Without worry my pen replaced. 3 times a charm and I am now working flawlessly with my new device. My product is amazing and results helped me from my many issues with pain and symptoms of MS. Though I’ve tried a variety of product from other stores Trulieve is simply the best. Why? Exceptional service Exceptional delivery Exceptional product and selection Exceptional knowledge base of every product (Keep in mind no medical suggestions or recommendations are ever made, however great resources are shared for you to find the perfect product to help you) My updates will be many but my belief and trust in Trulieve grows I hope that those searching for relief find how much better their life can become using the products and interacting with a company that cares. Thank you Trulieve! **** From call center, exceptional to delivery I can’t speak highly of Trulieve. Todd and Adrian were very friendly and did what my first couriers did. I wish I knew their names as each took time with showing my order the packaging even opening the cases so I could see the product I bought. Their pride for representing Trulieve is apparent and it helps us, the customer feel good about our decisions to choose them as a premium supplier. The product is clean, and effect as desired once you find your right dosing. I like that I’m in control of that and can find a balance and have my life back. Trulieve is above and beyond the expectation of its storefront whether in person or online. I hope soon Trulieve can get on board with all the other states and stop ripping people off. I’m excited as the next person to have access to this extremely helpful medicine, but there is a limit. Extremely way over priced product , on top of never having anything in stock , looks like the black market is going to stay strong . There is so much product out there due a huge chunk of the other states being legal , it’s to easy to get grade A product for half the price . I feel bad for the older people , and people that are new to marijuana, and are stuck with the ridiculous high prices , not having anywhere else to go.$94 for not even a gram ?!?!?!? What the hell is that . $60 distillate ?!?!? Nothing is worth 94$ a gram,nothing is worth $60 for ALMOST a gram. But I guess that’s the American dream , get as rich as you can , as quick as you can, screw everyone else. The monopolized system they have set up in this state is absolute nonsense. There is no way that Trulieve have not made themselves millionaires hand over fist, and good for them . I understand this is a fairly new thing in this state , and we are moving forward , but Trulieve should be ashamed for what they are doing , taking advantage simply because they can. I don’t see how that’s helping people. And the fact that the only few other places to go have about the same prices , does not make it right . They have everyone else beat when it comes to Florida dispensaries , no need to just blatantly rob people , no need for it! To many patients , they would make millions either way. Done.

Been going to the Lady Lake for over a year now. From the security guards in the front(my dudes) to the bud tenders in the back everyone is friendly, professional, and seems to enjoy their job. My favorite dispensary around Central Florida and I've been to them all. Always a pretty good selection of your favorite relief. Give them a try you wont be let down.

The product line up is fine, but having to wait over an hour for a pick up order (or even more when they have no record of your order but don’t tell you and make you wait even longer) is garbage. The staff is pleasant and I know the wait is not their fault, but you need to get it together Trulieve. Pathetic service like this is what will drive your customers right into the arms of competitors. You’re fortunate that there are no other quality dispensaries in the area. As soon as one opens, your customers will flee in mass if you don’t improve this nonsense.
