Dr. Long is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time necessary to ensure that she truly understands what is happening with my health. I am so grateful to have her support and expertise.

I have seen both Dr. Misty White and Dr. Brittany Long and they are both excellent doctors. Dr. White has specifically helped me find a diagnosis and treatment for my thyroid struggles and is persistent in getting to the root of the symptoms. Dr. Long is very skilled at helping with joint and muscle pain. She has made a significant dent in my TMJ and neck pain through physical adjustments. I'm thankful to both of them for their care and skills.

I had scheduled an appointment and taken time off of work to address a health issue I was dealing with at True Health. Dr Kadakia's bedside manner was terrific. She was very thorough, asked a lot of questions, and made sure to get all information necessary from me to move on to the next step (which would be to have me sign paperwork to attain lab results from a previous doctor). Prior to leaving the office, she said that she would look over the documents I had gave permission to her to request and give me a call when it was time to set up a follow up appointment. 4 weeks had passed with no call before I reached out to the office to see what was up. The receptionist tried to get me to schedule a follow up appointment, but what was the point of this if the doctor had not reviewed my lab results? I asked her to leave Dr Kadakia a message to see if she's reviewed the documents. 2 more weeks have now passed with zero contact. They just simply forgot about me. If your doctor forgets to call you to schedule an appointment or forgets to review your lab results, what else are they forgetting? Hopefully nothing serious with other patients. I've now wasted a half days work and several weeks of my time that I could have been using with a competent office to find a proper diagnosis. TL/DR: Doctor forgets about me, doesn't call me back even when I reached out to them a month later.

Acupuncture!!! I had no idea the results would be so amazing. I suffer from the pain of a bulging disc and with acupuncture treatments I am pain free without using any type of medication.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
