I have been working with Dr. Dimpi Patel for just a few months and already can see how she has been instrumental in my health making a huge change for the better. After years of debilitating pain and lowered quality of life, I am pain free and on the path to healing other ailments. I am so grateful for her guidance and expertise. I feel Iike I have a new lease on life!!

Putting my own health as my highest priority did not come easy for me. Despite years of practicing alternative/natural health, spending tons of time and money, I was still suffering from chronic issues that I knew could be healed. I finally acted on my "gut instinct" to work with a naturopathic doctor familiar with ayurvedic practices to guide me in healing my gut and all associated issues. In my complimentary 15-minute interview with Dr. Dimpi, I knew I had found the right health care practitioner for me. In each monthly visit she has guided me to exactly what I needed at that point, and away from what I did not need (which is equally as important). Each day I know I am moving closer to the optimal health I seek. Having to pay 100% out of pocket for what works is much better than having insurance cover what falls short of optimal. I wish I had seen that long ago, yet I'm grateful to see it now! My sincere hope is that we soon see licensing/insurance/healthcare paradigm shifts resulting in people having affordable access to the effective care of Dr. Dimpi and others like her.

If great things come in small packages then Dr Dimpi Patel will not disappoint! She IS a wealth of knowledge and shares abundantly. She is also very kind. I have received personal advice + dietary recommendations along with free health information seminars for small groups. (Check her website) She shares the priceless knowledge you need to become a powerful partner in your own health care. Additionally, I was given some underlying causes to explain a mild rash I kept getting. Turns out that I have a gluten allergy and needed to change my diet. No other practitioner connected those concerns for me. I had been treating the mild rash only superficially with steroid cream for over 10 years. And her custom herbal recommendations are awesome as well. Dr Dimpi Rocks! She thinks outside of the 'allopathic' box.

Thank you so much for what you do Dr. Dimpi!

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
