Nate at Tri-Cities Battery did an excellent job from start to finish with me and my vehicle. I was from out of town and in a time crunch to get things fixed. He made sure I new my options, what was a priority to get done and what could wait. He called me with updates promptly and was very good at explaining things!!! I've been calling all around the Tri cities in finding out if any shops would install my rough country that I had bought elsewhere and had no luck. Shane from the Richland location reached out to me on my listing on Facebook and mentioned that his shop would do it. I got there first thing in the morning and and Shane immediately took care of me. He mentioned it would take around 7 hours for it to be done, and as promised him and his team delivered. I am very happy with the service I received and already scheduled a time to get $1300 worth of suspension work to be done on my Suburban. I was actually recommended from my boss Dr. Badorek and her husband to go check out Tri City Battery and very glad I did so.

I love this place, they are so upfront about everything! I walk in and feel welcome! They have always been there for my car! I WALK IN PISSED OFF AND WORRIED AND I WALK OUT WITH MORE THEN A SMILE!!! Nate and Shane are the best! There so awesomely great! I recommend them to each and everyone! You want your car babied and cared for GO TO THEM!!!! Thanks guys for being apart of our car family, we won't be going anywhere else ever!

About Richland, Washington

Richland () is a city in Benton County, Washington, United States. It is located in southeastern Washington at the confluence of the Yakima and the Columbia Rivers. As of the 2020 census, the city's population was 60,560. Along with the nearby cities of Pasco and Kennewick, Richland forms the Tri-Cities metropolitan area. The townsite was established in 1905 and incorporated as Richland in 1910. The U.S. Army acquired the city and surrounding areas in 1943 for the establishment of the Hanford nuclear site, part of the Manhattan Project during World War II. Richland was transformed into a bedroom community for Hanford workers and grew to 25,000 residents by the end of the war. What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this.
