tons of flower to choose from! awesome customer service! well worth the drive across town to see these friendly bud tenders! 😎

The bud tender was extremely helpful and nice but I rated it the way I did because when we went to check out the tax was just included and there was no mention of it before hand and the price tags are just one price and normally when that's how it is, the tax is included. Needless to say the essentially surprise tax wasn't great.

Just had a pretty startling experience here, and I don’t normally leave reviews but this was so far beyond the pale that I felt obliged to say something. I’ll start by saying this was my first trip to track town collective, as I have shops I usually favor, but track town showed a particular product I was interested in at a great price, so across town I drove to check them out. Upon walking in the place was empty, with no one at the front desk and no one behind the counter either. As I looked around for someone, a seemingly disgruntled man with stringy long hair and pube-stache enters from a door behind the counter. He looks at me, frowns, and says nothing. Awkward... not sure what to do, i greet him as I would a customer in my store. “Hi there!”... he stares at me, mumbles something, and quickly asks what I want, sounding annoyed. I’m a bit taken aback, as with the obscene selection of pot shops in Eugene, I’m used to friendly faces and excellent customer service at the shops I frequent in Eugene. How else does a shop expect to retain customers in such a ridiculously crowded market? ‘Ok’ I think, ‘no worries, I’ll just get what I need and get out’. I request what I had come for, but was surprised again when the price he rung up was more than their website has advertised, which was the entire reason I had driven across town to try a new shop. I just double checked, and indeed it was not my error, and their website still displays the prices I had referenced. Anyway, I calmly pointed out that their website had displayed a different price, as I wanted to clarify. He burst into laughter, and as condescending and patronizing as possible, he told me I was completely wrong, and he absolutely did not care what their website said, and I can either pay that or leave. I get it, I’m sure scummy people come in there trying to haggle the price. I’m a professional, family-man in my mid thirties, and can assure you I am not that type. I pointed out the discrepancy more to bring their websites error to his attention than anything, as I’m sure I won’t be the last agitated customer he has to deal with if they don’t correct the error. I was met with disdain and vitriol. If this shop wants to stay in business, they might think about letting go of the stringy haired, extremely rude, pale dude.. hopefully he’s not the owner! I certainly won’t be back, and will advise others to stay far away Update: Response from the owner blames it on me. Hilarious. Never in my life have I been treated like that before in a place of business. Believe me, if I'm going to spit on the side of a building they damn well deserve it. Can't wait to see what business springs up next from this location in 6 months.

About Springfield, Oregon

Springfield is a city in Lane County, Oregon, United States. Located in the Southern Willamette Valley, it is within the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Statistical Area. Separated from Eugene to the west, mainly by Interstate 5, Springfield is the second-most populous city in the metropolitan area after Eugene. As of the 2020 census, the city has a total population of 61,851, making it the 9th most populous city in Oregon. The Briggs family first settled the Springfield area, arriving in 1848. The community was incorporated as a city in 1885. The city was named after a natural spring located in a field or prairie within the current city boundaries. For the majority of the 20th century, the economy of Springfield was largely dependent on the Oregon timber industry; since the 1990s, however, the economy has diversified, with PeaceHealth now the largest employer in the city. Public education in the city is provided by the Springfield School District. Read More

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. The dispensary also will have what is called a budtender to help you find what you are looking for. If you need help with cannabis info Elev8 Presents is a good resource.

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
