New management hiked up the price of Medical evaluations to 75 dollars from the original price of 40 dollars. When I asked the staff why they hiked up the price, all they could tell me was it was the new management's decision. If you want to get a recommendation go with an online service and pay 30 bucks less. It's sad that this once staple of the valley is now run by people who put profits ahead of helping medicinal users stay legit.

Went there for the first time today for a renewal from a different clinic which has closed. Called to see if I needed an appointment, said didn't need, walk-ins welcome. Young man a front desk super nice, Doctor also super nice and funny! In and out in about 20 minutes ($40). Took longer to fill out forms to set up new patient file than waiting. Don't understand negative reviews, maybe long waits depend on time of day, but staff, for me anyway, were polite and professional. Highly recommend and will definitely go back next year.

Amazing and professional customer service! Literally took no time and i was out the door. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Will definitely be a permanent patient. These other comments are trippin! haha

I think the guy who cited this place as a compassionate, professional and clean facility was talking about another facility. The three times I've been here in 3 years, I've witnessed none of that. They take your money and make you wait an absurdly long time. And they get all agro when you mention the ridiculous wait. But they have a corner on the market in the west valley, so that's the only reason to go here.
