Don't believe the "Hype" you hear on the radio...I went down today after hearing on the radio about the great "Birthday Celebration" going on but when I got there at 10am they said they were already out of the promotional swag! I purchased some herb at some exorbitant price (compared to what I'm used to at other dispensaries) and it was also mediocre and dry little pellets...(See picture)...Sad...Fancy packaging was all I saw...(I just received the "Catch All" response below which didn't deny that they had nothing left to offer for the rest of the day after 10 am as far as any promotions were concerned...As far as going back, I found another dispensary that offers better product for far less...So no, I will not be back and will recommend that others don't go either...)

Had a leaky cartridge. Mike exchanged it and provided a better, less expensive product. We bought more products and were extremely satisfied. Customer service at its finest. We will be back for sure.

My favorite dispensary in San Diego!! They offer cannabis class 101 for newbies and discounts for medical patients. Quality is amazing, prices are affordable, service is second to none. They truly care.

If you have been holding back, wait no longer. I went to Torrey Holistics with a few specific questions I had about cannabis, and I left feeling like I had discovered a new world of possibilities for helping a family member deal with chronic pain. The staff was beyond patient and most importantly, there was no pressure-filled upsell. It seems like the staff understands that their job is to offer folks a better quality of life, not just a quick high.

What is a Dispensary?

A dispensary is a store that sells special items or dispenses the specialized items. Cannabis or marijuana dispensariers started in the US some time in the early 1990’s when Dennis Peron opend the San Francisro Cannbis Buyers Club. Back then the cannabis dispensary faced a ton of hardships, but Dennis, his team and dream helped pave the future for all future recreational and medical cannabis dispensaries. In 2014 the first recreational dispensary, 3D Cannabis opened it’s doors in Colorado. As of 4-1-19 33 states have medical dispensaries and 10 states have recreational dispensaries.

At a dispnsary one will find many differnt kinds of cannabis flowers (buds) and concentrates, edibles along with smoking untensils, but have a limited selection compared to online shops like Elev8 Glass Gallery. What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
