A few days ago, I went in to Tobacco Town for the first time to get some kratom for my chronic pain. I just started taking kratom recently and still am learning allot about it. It is overwhelming and confusing. When I went to Tobacco Town, Tori was working. I was INCREDIBLY impressed and happy with her customer service. She patiently explained things and helped me understand allot about it. I never felt rushed or pressured. Talking to her felt somewhat like talking to an old friend. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and understanding. I also felt like I could trust her and her recommendations. I was extremely happy with my experience. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the pricing. It is allot more affordable than some of the other places that sells it. It is something I'm going to be taking daily, since my chronic pain is constant, and so affordability is very very important to me. I appreciated having options as well. I liked that they had different strains, brands, and forms (capsule or powder). I was able to get what I needed and knowing they have difference options I can try if one doesn't work for me. Overall, I cannot be more satisfied with the customer service, pricing and overall experience. I think the main reason I'll be a return customer is how helpful and genuine Tori is. The affordable pricing is important but the time, patience, help and friendliness of Tori is what will make me a return customer. I'm incredibly satisfied with my visit.

Always friendly service and the ladys know their facts on all the products they sell like the cbds and the different varieties of kratom and they work!

About Monroe, Michigan

What is a Dispensary?

What is the difference between a medical or recreational dispensary?

In realtiy medical and recreational dispensaries are the same thing. This all comes down to the states laws on cannabis. We feel cannabis is just like alcohol and medical will happen first and then recreational will follow, and so far history is showing this. Dispensaries are an excellent place for patients and recreational smokers alike to find the cannabis that best suits their needs!
