I went in there today not knowing much, but knowing the end result I was trying to achieve. Chuck took the time to educate me on some dos and don'ts as well as the best cut of meat for what I was cooking. Much appreciated. Also, they have a pretty killer mac salad.

So I don't know the name of the gentleman that helped us but after we checked out and left the store he chased out and gave us a gift to make our Christmas even better. I can't begin to explain how floored my wife and I were and how much we appreciate the kindness. I have never experienced anything like that and I will not forget. Incredible service, beautiful meat and other great products are to be had here. You have made a life long customer of me. We may not live near there but we live in Florida and travel quite a bit so we will like return fairly often. Expect a card in the mail.

Great selection of aged beef. Homemade sausages are spectacular. There are two restaurants inside: Swine and Sons, and a poké bowl booth. Service and food are excellent.

Customer service is top notch. Very helpful with all questions. Came in and got 2 good looking ribeyes and some truffle butter. They also vacuum sealed the ribeyes.
